Karen Lewitton qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working with Deloitte in South Africa and San Francisco. She then went on to work in Asset Management for the largest Insurance company in South Africa and then for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London.  In order to capitalise on her accounting background, Karen decided to specialise in Accounting & Finance recruitment and gained 7 years'  recruitment experience in Sydney prior to joining the Career Services team at the AGSM in 2007. After 5.5 years, she started her own business, Outcome Coaching and also works as the Post Graduate Career Coach at UTS.
